Return Policy 

We totally get it. Sometimes things don’t work out exactly how you hoped. Maybe the piece doesn’t quite match the space, or maybe something arrived looking a little… off. Whatever the case, here’s how we handle returns at MartosLDA.

🕒 Return Window

You’ve got 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return it. We’re pretty flexible, but yeah — two weeks is the official window.

🔄 What’s Returnable?

We accept returns on most standard wood products and non-custom timber items — as long as:

  • It’s unused

  • Still in original condition (no cuts, no finishes, no modifications)

  • It’s safely packed for return (wood can be fragile too!)

Custom orders — like made-to-measure pieces or anything cut specifically for you — unfortunately can’t be returned. We hope that makes sense.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive the item and give it a quick once-over, we’ll issue your refund. Usually takes about 5–7 business days depending on your bank. Shipping costs aren’t usually refunded unless there was an error on our part (hey, it happens).

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping is on you — just being honest. But we’re happy to help you find a good courier or give tips on how to pack things so nothing gets damaged on the way back.

⚠️ Something Wrong With Your Order?

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Snap a few photos, send us a message — we’ll sort it out, no drama.
